Maple Syrup

Since 2017, we have been making dark robust maple syrup from Connecticut swamp red maple trees. What began with 10 taps and boiling with a turkey frier has grown to now nearly 600 taps and boiling with a 2x6 Leader evaporator. Our kind neighbors who let us tap their woods receive their payment in syrup!
