Maple Syrup
Since 2017, we have been making robust maple syrup from the swamp red maple trees located on our property.
We have gradually increased the number of trees tapped from 10 to now nearly 600. These include trees on our neighbors property who kindly let us tap their woods.
MSPAC
Ben is actively involved and serves as the membership director for the Maple Syrup Producers Association of Connecticut (MSPAC), a volunteer organization dedicated to promoting and increasing awareness of the maple syrup industry in the state.
