Sugar Shack

We are currently constructing a 16x24 timber framed sugar shack. The sugar shack will house all of our maple syrup equipment and include an insulated reverse osmosis room. Excavation started in May and we hope to have it completed by Fall 2026. We will continue to post construction photos throughout the summer. Stay tuned for more progress updates!
